Busy Moms Living Better Lives

Moms Who Want More

The Moms Who Want More Program Is An In Depth, Hands-On, Step By Step Personal Support Program

Let’s face it, we live in a fast-paced world, and sometimes it’s hard to keep up…and we feel like we are getting lost in the shuffle

While you may know that something needs to change, you may not have gotten to the point of putting anything into action because, quite honestly, you don't know where to start and it just feels too darn daunting.

However, you do know that if you don’t start to focus on you, things can never get any better.

You know that there’s got to be more to this life.

This program was created for just that reason.  You’re right. There is more to life.  You just need to slow down enough to find it.

Are You Ready?

Getting more out of your life means:

  1. Becoming clear on what you want.
  2. Becoming who you need to be to get it (and by that I mean peeling away the layers to find your true, authentic self).
  3. Getting rid of all the excuses keeping you from it.

Because I know just how overwhelming it can be not knowing where to begin, I have taken all my years of knowledge, skills, experience, and learning, and created a step by step program taking you through the process of getting to the core of what it is we need in order to live our life with more meaning, more fulfilment, more peace, more confidence, more time, more happiness…..

What Are the Steps?

Here is a glimpse of the steps it takes to get more of what you want:

  1. Discover your Soul Needs– physical, mental, emotional, spiritual
  2. Identify and understand your beliefs & the role they play in you life
  3. Explore how your thoughts, words, & actions impact your world
  4. Peel away the layers to find and increase your self-esteem & self-worth
  5. Define & learn to live according to your definition of happiness
  6. Uncover & see the good in all sides of yourself
  7. Acknowledge your deep-seeded fears so you can move past them
  8. Discover what your relationship with others reflects back to you
  9. Create balance in our busy world by putting yourself on your to-do list
  10. Create & live by your Integrity Code™

These are the steps I have taken
, and believe me, I am still far from perfect (psst, let that be our secret for now), because I believe we are on a continuous path of learning and expanding.  However, as a result of the process I went through, I have learned how to:

  • create boundaries
  • say no without guilt or little white lies
  • not spread myself too thin
  • refrain from yelling at the kids
  • stop nagging my husband
  • stop expecting people to be able to read my mind (they totally can’t by the way!)
  • understand and deal with my emotions
  • put myself first without guilt
  • create time for myself, my kids, and my spouse
  • slow down, and live in the moment
  • understand my value and purpose
  • be self-confident, and recognize that it is directly linked to me living in my integrity, and being authentic
  • let my children be who they are
  • create stronger, more genuine relationships

I Guarantee You WILL See & Feel  Changes

Here are the words of one client:

Trisha’s unique approach allows people to find the answers through thoughtful conversations, gentle exchange of knowledge and offering tools to help you on your journey to change. Trisha does not judge.  I owe a great deal of gratitude to Trisha.

I thought I knew what my life purpose was - be a good person, be a good wife, be a good mom, be a good friend, I realize now that I had the words in place but I didn’t have the actions.  Trisha taught me to be accountable to what I say I want.   It was time to be a good mom so that my son knew how to be a good person too.  Thank you Trisha for allowing me to be vulnerable and recognizing my weaknesses so I could then become strong.  I am ”morphing” and I am excited to see who I will become.
