Best Mom You Can Be Program
In each 1 hour session you will have the opportunity to have individual focus and guidance that is specifically customized for you.
Each week you will work through different exercises that are developed with the intent of helping you create more awareness and clarity about yourself, what you want from life, and in turn guide you to live your best life.
In order to create true happiness it must come from the inside out, and requires you to become more self-aware and develop self-knowledge.
**Mentoring sessions can be done in-person, or via phone or skype.
Awareness Phase
Module 1 - Soul Needs™
In order to be happy, healthy, fulfilled, and be fully who you are, there are certain non-negotiable needs that must be met at your soul level. Once you have those established, it is then that you can expand, explore, and enjoy more of what life has to offer. It is when your basic soul needs are not met and fulfilled, that self-destructive ways creep in in order to either avoid or to fill the void.
You will begin to understand and explore your 4 soul needs – Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual, and you will start to take steps towards Who you want be, Who you can to be, and Who are meant to be.
Module 2 – Role of Your Beliefs
In Week 2 you will learn how your beliefs play a pivotal role in determining how your life plays out. Through a series of exercises you will become aware of what some of your limiting beliefs are and how you can begin to reprogram them so they no longer hold you back or keep you stuck.
You will learn how to move forward confidently as you begin to implement and understand the role your conscious and subconscious mind plays within your life.
Module 3 – Your Inner World Reflects Your Outer World
In Week 3 you will learn how your thoughts, actions, and words impact your world…and in fact create it. By applying simple exercises you start to redirect your thoughts, actions, and words in the direction you want your life to take.
Discovery Phase
Module 4 – Your Message; Your
In Week 4 you will learn the distinction between the 3 types of happiness, and whether you are living according to your own definition of happiness. You will also explore what you are portraying out to the world, whether consciously or not, and begin taking steps towards becoming the person you want to be.
Module 5 – Finding Your Authentic Self
Week 6 is where you peel the layers away of what society, parents, and all outside forces have imposed on you, and you truly evaluate what it is you value, the degree to which you are living your values, and learn how that is dependent on the level of your self-esteem.
Module 6 – Seeing the Whole
In Week 6 you begin to explore your shadow side – the side that we tend to view as “not good” and that we try to hide from everyone. This week will shed light on your shadow side, so that you no longer view it with shame.
Module 7 – Clear Guidance
In Week 7 you learn you are governed by two inner aspects – one leads you away from what you want, and the other draws you to a better life. By becoming aware of these two aspects you can start to decipher which one is trying to lead you. You will become aware of the “shoulds” and “have tos” in your life, so that you can let them go and live your life free of fear.
Module 8 – Reflections of You
In Week 8 you will discover how every relationship in your life plays an important role, and how you respond to those relationships directly impacts you in some way. You will learn how to release your judgement of others, as well as the judgments you have placed on yourself.
Connection Phase
Module 9 – Creating Balance in a Busy World
In Week 9 emphasis is placed on how important it is for you to take care of yourself first and foremost – on more than one level. You will see and understand that by putting yourself first physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually is not a selfish act, and in fact the benefits overflow to everyone you know and come into contact with.
Module 10 – Living in Your Integrity
In Week 10 you compile everything you have learned over the past weeks, as well as all the awarenesses you have discovered about yourself. By peeling away the layers that have kept your authentic self hidden for so many years, you will create your very own Integrity Code™ that you will live by, so that you will continue to grow and expand into the person you want to be and the life you want to live.
