lain and simple – you are a busy woman. You have a family to care for, a house to keep and relationships that need your time. You try to do what’s best for everyone and you strive to be a good person, making good on your commitments and trying to give back when you can.
Between cooking dinner, confirming dentist appointments, setting-up play-dates, making school snack, baking a birthday cake, doing the laundry, cleaning the bathrooms, (deep breath in......) organizing the volunteer drive, planning date-night with your partner, keeping up with your friends, trying to get to the gym (now exhale)..… you find yourself wondering,“What’s it all for? There’s gotta be more to this life.”
You know something is missing, but that very thought makes you feel guilty. After all, you have a great family, good health, terrific children and a wonderful group of friends. By all accounts, you have a great life ….
...SO why aren't you as happy as you should be?
Wouldn't it be nice to have all these things AND be truly happy too?!
You, Dear Moms, Are NOT Alone!
It's hard being a busy mom. And tiring. And draining. BUT also rewarding, satisfying...and you wouldn't give it up for the world.
The way to make the good parts better, and the hard parts easier is to get yourself the support you need and deserve.
There Is A Way.
While you know for certain you want happiness ...true happiness - you may have no idea what that means and how to go about getting it. You don’t even know what that looks like for you anymore.
You might find exactly what you need right here if you'd like to:
I'm Trisha Savoia, founder of Absolute Awareness. I started Absolute Awareness because I totally understand what you're feeling. I have been there. I have sat looking at it all, wondering what I was missing. And because of those days (and months and years), I began looking for a different way.
What I found out about myself, my world and my life all eventually led to me living the way I finally wanted to. From that grew a strong desire and passion to use my creativity, writing, intuition, and teaching skills to help others who were in the same place I used to be.
I'm not a Buddhist monk, or a zen-like master (nor do I want to be), BUT I have learned to successfully marry the realities of a busy life with that of a "spiritual" life (don't let that word scare you off). I wanted to prove that you really can live in this busy world, enjoying all it has to offer, and still find balance, purpose, peace, and happiness.
Absolute Awareness Can Help You.
Here are the words of one client:
I hesitantly signed up for the program with Trisha Savoia in hopes she could help me come out of my shell and find the confidence in myself I craved. I was pleasantly surprised with how warm and inviting she was. I was instantly hooked! Trisha helped me find not only that confidence I was looking for, but tools and exercises to maintain and improve on the skills she taught me.
Months after finishing the program, I am still improving and growing. The time I spent with Trisha was more valuable than any other therapy I have experienced. I am happier than I ever remember being. Her knowledge and passion for her teaching and guiding definitely shows.
The way you helped me, Trisha, has truly been amazing and I am so very grateful I got the opportunity. Thank you!!
