Outsmart Your Worries and the World is Yours

The tendency is that whenever there is something that we want to change, the default is to try to control the external environment and external situations. But the change needs to happen on the inside first…it’s then that the outside can follow.


We are vibratory, feeling beings. Our Universe responds to us based on what we feel. So no amount of effort and action can yield the results that taking the time to relax and tend to your inner environment can do.


As you want changes to occur on the outside, it is first important to create the changes on the inside, and what that means is that, yes, there may be a time lag before you end up seeing things changing externally.  Your first evidence that things are changing is going to be that you notice that you feel better, you feel more at ease.  When you feel that, you can be sure that the outer changes are following…albeit with divine timing. You got to get your own time schedule out of the way.


So this is where the tough part comes in…the in-between stage, the limbo stage…where we can feel what we want but we don’t quite see it yet. This is where the real work comes in. This is where we need to be persistent and consistent, and be willing to see through the current appearance. This is where we need to hold onto our vision and not be sidetracked by the old appearance.


As soon as you make a decision about something, the Universe lines everything up for that to be so. It is done. It is inevitable. But you have to have the courage, the strength, and a little bit of stubbornness certainly doesn’t hurt, so that you can stay the course.


As soon as you have the awareness of health in the midst of experiencing a disease…it is done…you are healthy.


As soon as you have the awareness of financial abundance even in the midst of not having enough money…it is done…you are abundant.


As soon as you have the awareness of loving relationships even in the midst of drama and chaos…it is done…you have loving relations.


As soon as you become aware of what it is you want, it is yours…regardless of what things look like on the outside. And you just have to hold that vision long enough that your outer reality can shift to match.


Your job is to keep practicing the alignment of who you are and what you want until the feeling of what you want feels more familiar than the feelings of lack, worry, fear and doubt.  At that point you hit a tipping point, and things shift…and stay…in your favor (as long as you continue to look at what you want instead of what you don’t want).
