Even though I don’t believe a formal occasion, event or date is required to start to make changes in our lives, New Year’s does provide us with a great reminder/opportunity to reflect on where we’re at, and set intentions for where we want to be – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.   Do you make resolutions, feel that you didn’t achieve them, give up on them, only to make the same resolution again the following year hoping this will be the year it takes?   Well, here’s the good news - what’s really happening is that every time we “work” on a particular resolution/intention we are really creating a deeper groove in our thinking patterns and habits, and over time the gap between where we’re at and where we want to be closes, where eventually we have created a new habit!   My two-cents?  It’s never all for naught!  The key is to let go of the all or nothing mentality, and keep in mind that each time...
